Welcome to Aqsam Production. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using any of our services.

1. Definitions

  1. Website/Platform: Aqsam Production's website
  2. Services: Studio and floor bookings, production services, talent catalog
  3. User/Client: Any person or entity using the website or booking a service
  4. Company: Aqsam Production and its staff

2. Registration and Account

  1. Registration information must be accurate and current
  2. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
  3. The Company reserves the right to suspend any account with false information
  4. Business accounts require valid CR documentation

3. Booking and Payment

Booking:

  1. Bookings become final after payment is completed and confirmed
  2. Service prices include VAT (15%)
  3. Booking times must be respected; delays may reduce available time

Payment Methods:

  1. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Mada)
  2. Apple Pay and STC Pay
  3. Bank transfer (booking confirmed after verification)
  4. Tax invoice for businesses (subject to conditions)

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7+ days before booking: Full refund

3-6 days before: 50% refund

Less than 3 days: No refund

No-show: Full amount charged

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days from approval date, returned to the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

  1. Maintain facilities and equipment in good condition
  2. Cover any damages caused by negligence
  3. Comply with Saudi Arabian laws and public decency
  4. Not produce content that violates regulations or values
  5. Vacate the premises at the scheduled time
  6. Bring ID or Iqama upon arrival

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All website content (text, images, logos, designs) is exclusively owned by Aqsam Production
  2. Copying or reusing any content without prior written permission is prohibited
  3. Content produced by clients in the studio remains their property

7. Talent Catalog

  1. Registered talents are independent individuals, not company employees
  2. The Company acts as an intermediary between client and talent
  3. Agreements and payments between client and talent are their direct responsibility
  4. The Company is not liable for any disputes between parties

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. Indirect or consequential losses from service use
  2. Delays from force majeure (weather, power outages, exceptional events)
  3. Other users' content or actions
  4. Technical issues lasting less than 24 hours

9. Permitted Use

Prohibited uses:

  1. Illegal or fraudulent activities
  2. Unauthorized system access attempts
  3. Sending harmful content or viruses
  4. Identity impersonation
  5. Harassing other users

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian laws, with disputes resolved through competent courts in Riyadh.
